Good value, but no outside guests

The rooms are adequate, very clean, and breakfast is simple but included. The hotel is in a great location for all gay attractions/bars in Shinjuku, but if you pick up you'll have an issue bringing guys back to the hotel as they don't allow outside guests/visitors. The front desk is right at the door so there's really no sneaking around this rule.

good little place

This place is perfectly located in the middle of the gay district and 50 meters from the sinking san home metro. Reception are really friendly and speak reasonable English. Room is small but actually pretty good for local standards. I'd recommend this place if you are not after the frills.
