This hostel off of Minowa Station is a unique find. Tokyo doesn't have many hostels and if you are looking for real budget accommodation, this is the place to go. With an international, young crowd of party people, it's a fun place to be if you are a backpacker on a budget. Though not exactly centrally located, it's a short subway ride to Ueno station and easy to get to Shinjuku.
